Funding Friday | Keep Me Posted

What Is It? Created by Hillary Nussbaum, Keep Me Posted is a comedic web series that focuses on the impact of texting and social media on our closest relationships. The series follows three childhood best friends who are trying to, "grow up without growing apart." The characters struggle with their fair share of issues, including career crises, dating, self-doubt, anxiety and depression and more.

Keep Me Posted aims to shed light on how influential things like Facebook statuses, Instagram posts and tweets affect our everyday lives and how easily friendships are lost this way. The series was also inspired by Nussbaum's own personal experiences of grappling with friendships damaged by social media and texts.

How Can I Help? The series is currently seeking funding on Seed and Spark. They hope to raise $15,000 by the end of the month and currently are at $4,503.

A great feature on Seed and Spark is the ability to see exactly where your money is going and what it is being used for. Instead of making donations for perks (which are still an option), you can also make a direct contribution to their wishlist through a donation or loan program.

What Do I Get? The series is offering some great perks including VIP tickets to their premiere party, social media shout outs, sneak peaks of the pilot episode before everyone else and more! You can check out some of the more popular perks above and visit their campaign page for more information!
